WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer shipping to the US and Canada.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD?

Continental US orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS and US Postal Service (USPS). Our domestic expedited service is provided by UPS. For more information about our shipping carriers or questions, please email info@cmariebotanicals.com.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday during regular business hours. These products are handmade and it typically takes between 3 to 14 days for your order to be ready to ship. Most orders go within 3 days but but during busy times, it might take a bit longer.

Once the order is ready to ship, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.  Delivery times usually range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL IT?

Please send us an email at info@cmariebotanicals.com with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it. Our fulfillment operation processes orders quickly, so we might not be able to catch it in time, but we will do our best!
