Each product is made using only the highest quality natural ingredients and under the strictest quality-control guidelines to ensure purity and effectiveness. Because this is such a labor-intensive process, we do not accept returns or exchanges—except in the case of a product arriving damaged.

If a product arrives damaged, please email us at info@cmariebotanicals.com (and include a photo of the damage) within 7 days of receiving the order and we will send a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot replace products beyond the 7-day period.
